Integrated Home Health Monitoring System

Continuous Health Surveillance

To address diverse medical needs—from general home healthcare and palliative care patients to individuals in good or suboptimal health—this service provides simple, lightweight, and efficient home health monitoring devices.

The service is equipped with smart wristbands or handheld multifunctional biometric instruments capable of measuring vital signs such as blood pressure, blood oxygen, blood glucose, uric acid, total cholesterol, and electrocardiogram (ECG) data. Hospitals can remotely monitor patients’ health status in real time through a connected system, enabling early detection of potential health issues and preventing disease progression. Users can also track long-term health data to understand changes in their health and receive personalized medical advice and guidance.

This service combines convenience, safety, and immediacy, allowing individuals to manage their health easily at home while benefiting from the professional support and remote care provided by a medical team.

▲ Tailored to different clinical needs, we offer compact and user-friendly home health monitoring devices.
