Officer Hong-wei Cao once served as Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW) Health Promotion Administration cancer medical quality specialist. He participated in the MOHW’s “Antibiotic Program－Bacterial Strains Antibiogram” and “Hospital Cancer Screening Quality Improvement Program”, and won first place for colon cancer screening and oral cancer screening. In addition, he once worked as an antibiotic manager to help the hospital to be awarded accreditation from the Antibiotic Program, take second place for being an outstanding hospital and third place for being an excellent team, and receive other awards. Meanwhile, he acquired advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) and emergency medical technician (EMT) licenses, and has applied them to clinical research.
