Prof. Yi-Hsing Chen is the present Vice-superintendent of the Center at CMUH. After earning her MD from China Medical University in 1991 and completing her residency and fellowship at Taichung Veterans General Hospital, Dr. Chen pursued her PhD in Molecular Allergology at Tunghai University (2004-2009). She enhanced her expertise as a visiting scientist at Johns Hopkins Asthma and Allergy Center (2002-2003) and through Harvard Medical School's Program for Leading Innovations in Health Care and Education in 2008.Dr. Chen has held significant leadership positions, including Director of the Division of Allergy, Immunology & Rheumatology at Taichung Veterans' General Hospital (2013-2019) , Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Medicine (2019-2024) and Vice-Superintendent of Center of Rheumatology and Immunology of China Medical University (2025 till present). She currently serves as an Executive Member on the Board of Directors for both the Chinese Society of Immunology and Taiwan College of Rheumatology. Her research contributions are extensive, with over 180 peer-reviewed publications focusing on autoimmune diseases, allergic disorders, and innovative treatments. Her pioneering work on biting midge allergies has resulted in three patents, including a needle-free patch vaccine. Dr. Chen's excellence has been recognized with numerous awards, including the 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2025 National Innovation Awards and being named among the Top 100 Best Physicians in Taiwan. She remains actively involved in clinical trials, serving as principal investigator for more than 100 global studies spanning all development phases.

Dr. Ying-Yu Tseng is the attending physician of the Department of Metabolism at the China Medical University Hospital. Her clinical and research interests are: therapy of diabetes mellitus and pituitary disease and autoimmune thyroid disease.

Dr.Yi-Ting Chiu is a specialist in endocrinology and metabolism with expertise in: 1. Diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, hypertension, hyperuricemia, obesity, and other metabolic disorders. 2. Thyroid diseases, including thyroid ultrasound-guided interventional therapies. 3. Parathyroid disorders. 4. Adrenal gland disorders. 5. Osteoporosis. 6. Pituitary gland disorders.

Dr. Yun-Chi Lee focuses on obesity, diabesity, and weight management, with expertise in managing diabetes, gestational diabetes, and complications such as hyperlipidemia, hypertension, and metabolic syndrome. Dr. Lee is also skilled in diagnosing and treating thyroid disorders (including thyroid ultrasonography), osteoporosis, and other endocrine conditions involving the parathyroid, adrenal, and pituitary glands

Dr. Harn-Shen Chen is a leading expert in diabetes and pituitary disorders. His research focuses on early insulin therapy, and he has participated in numerous international clinical trials involving incretin-based therapies. With extensive clinical and academic experience, he is dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of endocrine disorders. He actively contributes to medical research and professional development while maintaining a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

Dr. Yu-Min Liao specializes in the care of breast cancer, colorectal cancer and head-and-neck cancer. He completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in medical oncology and hematology at China Medical University Hospital and received clinical training at City of Hope cancer center US. Dr. Liao has a strong interest in improving the quality of life of cancer survivors through important lifestyle interventions. He provides delicate care for both his active treatment patients as well as those in the survivorship phase of care

Dr. Fu-Ming Cheng is currently an attending physician in the Hematology and Oncology Department at China Medical University Hospital. He graduated from the School of Medicine at China Medical University and has obtained board certifications in oncology, hematology, and bone marrow transplantation. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of general hematological diseases (such as anemia), lymphoma, leukemia, myeloma, bone marrow transplantation, breast cancer, kidney cancer, bladder cancer, and prostate cancer. Dr. Cheng is committed to the philosophy of patiently listening to patients' needs and designing personalized treatment plans for each patient.

Dr. Hsiu-Tzu Wang graduated from the School of Medicine at China Medical University and received comprehensive clinical training at the China Medical University Hospital after graduation. Her areas of expertise include solid tumors, particularly soft tissue sarcoma, osteosarcoma, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, biliary tract cancer, colorectal cancer, breast cancer, and gynecological cancers. She is a member physician of the Taiwan Oncology Society and the Taiwan Hospice Organization.

Dr. Sing-Ting Wang completed her internal medicine and hematology-oncology subspecialty training at China Medical University Hospital. She specializes in hematological diseases, hematologic malignancies, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and breast cancer treatment and care. With extensive clinical experience, Dr. Wang is dedicated to delivering high-quality medical services. She employs a multidisciplinary team approach to tailor the best treatment strategies for her patients, helping them improve their quality of life.
