• Content: Potassium Citrate 3.3 g/5g/pack (potassium citrate)
• Target: Urethral calculus therapeutic agents use alkaline urine to reduce the formation of uric acid, cysteine acid and a variety of calcium stones.

Usage and dosage

• Usually, adults can take it three or four times a day after meals or before bed. The doctor will adjust the dosage according to your urine analysis and evaluation.
• Each pack should be diluted with 180 ml cold boiled water or juice before taking to reduce the damage to the gastrointestinal tract.
• Avoid a high-potassium/low-sodium diet after taking the medication, and try to get adequate amounts of water (unless your physician instructs you to limit it).

Drug storage

• Store the collected medicine together with the medical ziplock bag in an airtight container in cold and dry places at room temperature to avoid direct light.
• If the drug is found to have gone bad after storage, it should not be taken.

Possible adverse reactions

• If you have any mild gastrointestinal discomfort after taking the medicine, such as diarrhea, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea, you are advised to drink more water or take it after meals to alleviate these discomfort symptoms.
• Inform your doctor if you still have any of the above problems after your medication instructions are adjusted.

Special medication instructions

• K-Citrate granules must be diluted with water before they are taken. They should not be taken directly without water.
• K-Citrate granules diluted with water can be taken within 30 minutes after meals or within 30 minutes after eating snacks before bedtime to avoid laxity.
• Please inform your doctor if you take K-Citrate granules as well as cardiovascular, gastrointestinal and other medicines or low sodium salts.
• If you forget to take the medicine, take it within 2 hours. If more than 2 hours have passed, please defer it to the next medication time. Do not take two doses at the same time.
