After completing his Emergency Specialist training at Department of Emergency Medicine, China Medical University Doctor Kai-Wen Cheng was promoted to an Attending physician and in 2012 he underwent advanced training and acquired a Master degree in “Health Care Administration” in 2014 and in 2015 accepted the role as promoter of Department of Emergency Medicine PGY, who was responsible for cultivating the critical skills and interests of young physicians. In 2017, he was appointed as the promoter of Department of Emergency Medicine Resident physician education promoter in hopes of training the med students to becoming critical case doctors who can contribute to society.
Graduated from China Medical University and has been working at the Hospital’s Department of Emergency Medicine until today. He specializes in treatment and care for different forms of critical patients as well as instructor for Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
Dr. Cai Yi-zhen graduated from Teikyo University in Japan and obtained a Japanese physician's license. He returned to our hospital after he completed his dermatology training at National Taiwan University Hospital. In addition to common dermatological and dermatological immune diseases, specializing in psoriasis and atopic dermatitis, including traditional medicines, light and the latest biologic treatments. Doctor Chen has travelled abroad many times to countries like the USA to received clinical training and is one of the Hospital’s Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He has spend a significant part of his time in treating Maxillofacial Jaw function abnormality – “Orthognathic surgery”, with outstanding performance being the basis of central Taiwan. In the recent years, he has led the use of Orthognathic surgery to treat “obstructive sleep apnea syndrome” patients. In 1998, he introduced auto “ tibial cancellous bone grafting” and “ J-bone block Iliac bone” to reconstruct top/bottom palatine, alveolar bone damage to allow for “Dental Implant” treatment , treating countells patients with serious orthodontic defects.

Dr. Kuen-Bao Chen is currently president of the Chinese Bu-Xiong Medical Association, and councilor of Taiwan Society of Anesthesiologists and Taiwan Pain Society. Dr. Chen completed his anesthesia training at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Linkou District, in 1991.<br>He founded the Division of Pain Medicine of China Medical University Hospital in 1994 and served as the first director. He also visited University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey to have training of pain medicine in 1997.<br>Dr. Chen also went to Boston Children's Hospital, Massachusetts, USA to have training of pediatric cardiac anesthesia in 1998. In 2006, Dr. Chen obtained a master's degree from the Institute of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine of China Medical University.
