Precautions for emergency patients leaving hospital 急診病人離院注意事項

Patient may return home for rest and self-observation after symptoms improved.
Please note the following before leaving the hospital：
Follow the doctor's instructions to observe, recuperate, and take medication on time.
Emergency department is mend to solve a patient's urgent discomfort, leaving the hospital does not mean complete recovery. Please continue the follow-up treatment and further examination in a relevant department.
(It is recommended to follow up in department, physician, and Outpatient service)
If symptoms worsen, it means that the condition is still unstable or has changed. Please return to the emergency department of our hospital immediately for reevaluation and treatment.
Those who do not carry a health insurance card can replenish the card and refund the fee at our emergency counter with the payment receipt within 10 days.
If you need various types of diagnostic certificates, please take the initiative to inform the physician of the purpose, and show your identity documents to facilitate transcription and confirmation.
