中國醫藥大學附設醫院在衛生福利部支持下，推動深化台、馬之間醫衛合作與產業發展。中國附醫團隊繼3月赴東馬與拉讓醫藥中心、婆羅洲醫藥中心簽署MOU之後，神經外科部陳春忠主任再率領醫療團隊與台灣醫衛廠商到古晉，5月13日上午於pullman酒店，舉辦「Malaysia-Taiwan Smart Healthcare Forum for the Treatment of Brain Tumor」研討會，邀請馬國醫療專業人士參與；也於當日下午，舉辦對象為一般民眾的「揭密-腦癌細胞治療與再生美容」健康講座，提高當地民眾健康識能與來台健檢與就醫的新選擇。

中國醫藥大學附設醫院數位轉型智慧醫院再傳捷報，繼今年初榮獲美國HIMSS「數位健康指標（Digital Health Indicator, DHI）」評鑑為全球智慧醫院前三強之後，今再獲新加坡「Healthcare Asia Awards 2023」的「年度智慧醫院the Smart Hospital Initiative of the Year」獎，為台灣唯一獲獎醫院，再度打響台灣國際醫療的國際品牌知名度與卓越形象，更對政府力推醫衛新南向計畫的成果奠定指標意義。
